Cancellation Policy

At DOCERE: Institute of Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional care, in a timely manner. Our main goal is to help support and optimize the health of as many people as possible. By providing sufficient cancellation notice, we can further achieve this goal and decrease our long waiting times by filling appointment openings. We respectfully request patients to follow our policy listed below.

Cancellations:

For all appointments (Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Psychotherapy)

A sufficient notice is no later than 3 hours before the end of the business day before your appointment. For a Monday appointment, we ask that you inform us no later than 12:00pm on Friday. Please see our business hours listed below.

• 1^st time: You will be charged a $45.00 fee for cancellation without sufficient notice.
• Repeats: You will be charged the full rate of your appointment.

For Intravenous Nutrient Therapy (IV) Appointments

A sufficient notice is at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• You will be charged for the ingredient fee of your individually customized IV bag for cancellation without sufficient notice.

No Shows:

A no show is considered someone who fails to provide any notice of a missed appointment.

• To reschedule your appointment, you’ll be required to provide us with a credit card at the time of booking.
• Repeats: You will be charged for the full rate of your appointment.
